The UIS survey on S&T statistics is conducted on a biennial basis.

The UIS launched its 2008 Survey on Science and Technology (S&T) Statistics, which focuses on the financial and human resources of countries and territories devote to scientific research and experimental development (R&D).

It is important to note that only national authorities can submit data. To do so, they should consult the electronic version of this survey.
